Our Site is established to enable you to choose and purchase products from our Site ("Products") that we offer for sale online.

You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to check the Site regularly to ascertain if changes have been made and your continued use of the Site after such a change will constitute your acceptance of the changes.

By purchasing a Product you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement and by our Privacy Policy both of which are available from every page of our website www.greetanica.com

The Website is owned and managed by Sigmatix LTD (Company No. 515772259) a company incorporated in Israel and whose registered office address is at 2 Hativat Alexandroni street, Ramat Hasharon, Israel. Sigmatix is the parent company of Greetanica. 

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

2.1 Our website service permits you to purchase our Products from this Site. These purchases can be made and are permitted strictly pursuant to the terms and conditions set out below.

2.2 Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. In case of purchasing a Greeting card, the confirmation email will also include an activation link which enables the purchaser to attach a video or a url to the product.

In case of purchasing a GreetCode Bundle (Makers), the confirmation email will also include a download link to download a CSV file that contains the list of ready to activate QR codes. 

2.3 It is our intent to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information available throughout the site and in our communications with you. Occasionally, information on greetanica.com may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and/or availability. greetanica.com reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after your order has been submitted. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel orders due to lack of availability, including after your order has been submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. 

2.4 Video files uploaded by users will be kept for a minimum period of 5 years. Greetanica may extend this period to more than 3 years according it's considerations.Users will be then given the option to download and save the file in the cloud and link it to their GreetCode so that it continues to display the original content in its scan.

3. Shipping time frames and terms

We will endeavor to deliver all orders for Products within the timescale selected at the time of purchase. However we cannot be held responsible for postal delays once the Product(s) have been posted by us for delivery.

If the delivery is not executed due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained.

greetanica.com does not provide refunds or credits if the price for particular Products or Services previously purchased by you is lowered or is part of a promotional offer. All Products or Services purchased on a non-subscription basis (shipped products, Downloaded data) or promotional offerings are non-refundable.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

Greetanica.com does its best to maintain and protect the information but will not be liable if the information is stolen and / or damaged by an external party or circumstances beyond Greetanica.com's control.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ITS OWN NEGLIGENCE, SHALL GREETANICA.COM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE.

 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, GREETANICA.COM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GREETANICA.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE MATERIALS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. GREETANICA.COM DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING THE USE OR THE RESULTS OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN THIS SITE IN TERMS OF THEIR CORRECTNESS, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

 

6. Cancellations and returns

Each product contains a unique QR code assigned by the system for this purchase only. It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.If you would like to return the product, you can contact us by email (info@greetanica.com) specifying the email address with which the purchase was made, the order number and the reason for the return. GreetCode Bundles (Makers): it is not possible to cancel a GreetCode bundle purchase since the file containing the list of codes in the bundle has already been issued by the system for this purchase. Bundles and API credit purchase are not refundable.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as cards, text, graphics, logos, icons, photos, products and software, is the property of greetanica.com. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, incorporate into another web site, or in any other way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part without the specific permission of greetanica.com.

The law applicable to any matter related to these regulations is Israeli law.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction in any matter and dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions and the use of the Site, including services provided in connection with the Site, shall be the competent courts in the Tel Aviv and Central Districts.
